Returns/Exchanges:
What is your return policy?
The item(s) in their original condition, with no signs of wear, may be returned or exchanged. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Final Sale Items: Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
Can I exchange an item?
Please contact me with your request and which item(s) you would like to replace it with. Additonal fees may be required if the replacement item(s) is more than the original or you may receive a refund if the item costs less. FAQ:
What materials are your fairy miniatures made of?
My fairy miniatures are crafted from a mix of real and faux materials. Common materials include balsa wood, bark, twigs, acorns, shells, moss, faux flowers, faux plants, paper, wire, lace, ribbon, beads, yarn, thread, and foam.
Assembly methods vary; some elements are sewn while others are glued using tacky glue or hot glue. Since they aren’t waterproof, I recommend keeping them in dry environments.
What scale are your fairy miniatures?
I don’t always create fairy miniatures with a specific scale in mind, but I do include the most suitable scales, such as 1:12, 1:16, or 1:24, in each product listing. Be sure to check the details for the exact dimensions of each piece!
Something I want is sold out—will you be making more?
Fairy Miniatures: It depends on the materials. Many items use vintage, repurposed, or seasonal materials lace, beads, twigs, and acorns, so exact replicas may not be possible. However, I can often create something similar. Feel free to reach out!
Jewelry: Most likely, yes! I usually have the same wire and beads in stock, so let me know what you’re interested in.
Art Prints: Restock dates vary, but I’ll share updates on social media and through my newsletter.
If an item is sold out but still visible on the site, I’ll restock it as soon as possible. Don’t hesitate to contact me for more details!
Do you accept custom orders?
It really depends on what it is. Please send me a message with more information.
